Our delivery policy
We deliver worldwide. Our shipping costs start at £8.00 per item to UK addresses, £10.00 within Europe and £20.00 worldwide. All deliveries are insured and carefully packed. Orders of over £500 will be sent by Royal Mail special delivery which includes tracking - these items are insured up to £2,500.00. If your parcel arrives damaged we will offer you a free replacement.
Big prints are sent rolled up in a protective cardboard postal tube as this is the safest way to ship unmounted artwork. Mounted prints are delivered flat packed between several strong and protective corrugated boards. All artwork is always packed safety to avoid any potential transport damage.
We take full responsibility for any damage occurred during delivery as all parcels are automatically insured.
Collect your items from the artist
Your artwork order can also be collected at the artist’s studio in Cambridge. In order to do this please choose “Collection from the artist in Cambridge” from the listed delivery choices on the checkout page.

Estimated despatch or collection date
After processing your artwork order, we will inform you about the estimated date when your parcel will be despatched or be ready for collection. We try to send or have your artwork orders ready for collection before the given estimated date.
If you have not received your parcel within the expected delivery time then please contact us and we will arrange a re-delivery and send you a replacement. Please note it could be that there are delays due to customs inspections prior to releasing it for delivery.
It is within the discretion of all customs offices to impose additional charges before releasing your parcel for local delivery outside the UK. In such an eventuality the delivery company will attempt to contact you in person, over the phone or by delivering a card at your address to notify you about such possible charges. Although these cases are rare we would recommend entering your primary contact number upon registering with us to avoid delays or the inconvenience of missing your delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your artwork, please let us know within 15 days and you will receive a full refund, having returned the artwork to the artist.
We accept most major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, bank transfers and cheques. (Please note that if you wish to pay with the final two options you will have to contact us)
